Method for Quick Injury Relief
Whether it's a sprain, strain, or minor muscle tear, early care is critical. The RICE method - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation - is a trusted and effective way to control swelling, reduce pain, and speed up recovery.
- R - Rest: Limit activity and avoid using the injured area.
- I - Ice: Apply ice for 15-20 minutes every 1-2 hours during the first 48 hours.
- C - Compression: Use an elastic bandage to reduce swelling.
- E - Elevation: Raise the injured area above heart level to reduce fluid buildup.
